Rachael from Heart of the Horse and Nat from Wander into Wildness are excited to share this collaboration with you. The combination of the subtle energies that is cultivated in the first part of the session with the horses and then is deepened even further, once participants retreat into the bell tent for the sound healing. HEAVEN!
We will start as a group session exploring the healing power of horses accompanied by a lovely home-made hot chai. We will sit together, ground our energy, tune into our bodies and immerse ourselves in horse wisdom, to help us navigate our modern lives. Who on earth could not do with some of this on planet earth right now!!
