Bookings are confirmed once payment (or deposit where applicable) has been received.

4. Retreats and Events
Participants acknowledge that:

all activities carry an inherent level of risk

participants agree to follow all safety instructions given by facilitators

participants must immediately disclose any medical condition that may affect participation

participants participate entirely at their own risk except where prohibited by law.

participants will sign a waiver and liability form before the experience commences

Closed shoes must be worn around horses.

Alcohol or recreational drugs must not be consumed before participating.

8. Weather
As activities occur outdoors, sessions may be postponed due to:​

Where possible, bookings will be rescheduled.
9. Cancellations

Delivery times are estimates only.

Where required by Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies for faulty goods.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded unless required by law.
