This one-day retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. Through reflection, guided activities, and the quiet wisdom of the horses, you'll gain greater clarity about where you are, where you're heading, and what may help you move forward with more confidence and ease.

Throughout the day, I'll weave together healing modalities and Soul Purpose Life Coaching tools to support self-awareness, personal growth, and meaningful change.

We'll begin and end the day in sacred circle, either in the bell tent or out on the land, depending on the weather. You'll spend time with the horses, enjoy gentle Kundalini Yoga, journal and reflect, and take part in guided activities designed to deepen your connection with yourself. We'll finish with a guided healing visualisation that you can record and use again at home.
