This one day retreat is designed for you to quiet the outer noise and create space for you to contemplate where you are now, what you aspire to and some great thought provoking activities to help you tune in deeply to yourself. Of course, horses will be our teachers and companions throughout the day.

I will be weaving many different healing modalities into our time together, along with some new processes from my soul purpose life coaching tool box.
